Just received this email from the people we booked the accommodation through:
Hi

I have just been updated by Nomads Westend that they have an updated Security Bond/Deposit Policy. Please let all your team members know.

$100 per room Security Bond/Deposit is payable on check in. This can be paid for on one credit card for all rooms. Or if you wish to do it room by room you will need to pay in cash and have this ready at check in. The Security Bond/Deposit will be re-imbursed to you on check out.

ALSO, there is a newsletter of the room allocation. I had to provide a phone number for the nominated “Leaders” of each room that means they (stay oz) can call you to check what has gone on and help sort stuff out in case westend backpackers try to rip you off. The people with phone numbers listed are also in charge of making sure they do all the picture taking and documenting of damage so they don’t lose the bond. We will pay the bond in cash.

Obviously i don’t expect the sleeping situation to stay the same but set yourselves up in those rooms so that we can all find each other and it makes things easier for crews.
